We offer adults and kids classes and tailored sessions for sports teams and self-defence seminars
Our classes are structured to suit all levels, and whether you want to compete at the highest level or to gain some confidence and improve your fitness, we are here to help and assist you in your journey.
We offer classes in the morning and in the afternoon, everyday in the week. Currently there are 7 (seven) classes available per week for all levels.
Like in most martial arts, your kids will learn the core values of Respect, Discipline and Responsibility. However, the fundamentals of BJJ is based on Self Defence techniques, where we do not use strikes, punches or kicks. It’s more about controlling and dominating your aggressor, rather than retaliate with more aggression or violence. Thus, your kid will learn to face problems, defend against general physical altercation while finding a safe escape route.
Your child will also be able to focus on developing his coordination, agility, strength and mental toughness through our BJJ training program for kids from 5 to 16 years old.
BJJ is especially recommended for kids with low self-esteem and confidence.
Nowadays BJJ is part of the training program of all the NRL teams, elite Rugby Union teams, MMA fighters, Police Academy and Special Forces.
By bringing BJJ into your routine of training, one can learn how to use the BJJ techniques to improve your dominance and control skills over an opponent, bigger or heavier, faster and stronger.
