​So much so that we want to share the gentle art where and when ever we can.​

​​There's no better way than through seminars with other Instructors, Masters and Professors.

Seminars are intensive sessions given by experienced black belts and/or advanced competition winning black belts. They are a great way to bring schools and people together to focus on particular moves and/or techniques each session. They are also an opportunity to visit other schools dojo's.

Seminars generally follow or include an open mats session. In the open mats students get to roll with those they haven't rolled before trying out new techniques they have just learnt in the seminar. Seminars are also good preparation for a competition. 

We believe seminars are a very important part of your jiu jitsu growth and experience. Like other school's, we don't charge for our open mats as we very much encourage students to engage and build the BJJ community no matter what your patch.

As said by Alana (Mid North Coast Womens BJJ) from Kempsey who runs a  "Zero Politics - No Affiliations" approach! Open mats and seminars are a great way to expand your BJJ repertoire, no politics involved, no affiliations - its purely about the JIU JITSU!
